AGGRESSIVE UPPER SIDEWALLfeatures a secondary bead apex that acts as a heat shield to protect the internal casing of the tire, resulting in confident handling and durability with the added benefit of sidewall protection on rough roads and trails.
SILICA TREAD COMPOUNDin the lower sidewall dissipates heat to protect the internal tire components. Keeping this critical area of the tire cool ensures vehicle stability even when towing or carrying heavy loads.
Mountain snowflake symbolinterlocks the shoulders to resist wear from high torque as well as providing additional handling stability.
OUTER APEX SIDEWALLfeature support ramps and step-down features that provide tread-pattern rigidity in the contact patch, enhancing vehicle stability and handling while also preventing stones from becoming trapped in the grooves.
HEAT DIFFUSER TECHNOLOGYalong with offset shoulder blocks protect the tire from sharp rocks and provide additional off-road traction at low tire pressures or in off-camber situations.
3D CANYON SIPE TECHNOLOGYprovides long lasting wear as well as consistent snow and hydroplane resistance throughout the life of the tire (*LT Sizes, 20/32nds inches).
RUGGED AND RIGID TREAD BLOCKSdelivers superior wear life and wet performance (non-LT sizes).

Great tire! Handles better on road, and rides much smoother than the BFG all terrains I had on previously. Did very well on snowy roads, and in heavy rain. A slight whine at deceleration from the freeway, but very quiet otherwise. Off road only slips more on hard packed dirt, decent in mud. Overall a great tire. Look nice on my truck with the aggressive sidewalls. No noticeable wear after 5000 miles.

Would Buy Again 5/5   Hydroplaning Resistance 5/5
Wet Traction 4/5   Cornering Stability 4/5
Dry Traction 4/5   Steering Response 5/5
Snow Traction 5/5

This is a great all terrain tire. Looks really good; better than the Nitto's Terra Grapplers and the BFG TA/KOs. Very quite on the highway. I couldn't tell I had A/T tires.

Would Buy Again 5/5   Hydroplaning Resistance 4/5
Wet Traction 4/5   Cornering Stability 4/5
Dry Traction 4/5   Steering Response 4/5
Snow Traction 4/5
